Event Revolution was born from a relentless drive to create extraordinary moments - and our journey has been anything but ordinary.

Since her event career began, Debra has managed high-impact conferences for clients such as Lion, Education New Zealand, Seafood New Zealand and the Abano Healthcare network. She has designed unforgettable functions, awards dinners and activations for brands such as Coca Cola Amatil, ANZ, Goodman Fielder, Ray White and AmCham. Debra has also co-managed significant public festivals, including Beervana and GABS. In short, she’s been delivering epic even management FOREVER!

I've been producing extraordinary events since forever. I thrive on both the creative and the logistical, and my methodical nature ensures every detail is perfect.
When I'm not redefining ordinary, I’m finding every reason not to head out for a run, I'm cheering far too loudly at my kids' sports games, and I'm steering well clear of the kitchen. My husband? He's got a to-do list that never ends.

My passion for events ignited at the young age of 13, and it has been a thrilling journey ever since. I thrive on the intricate details, the seamless workflow, and the exhilarating buzz when everything falls into place perfectly. Outside of crafting unforgettable experiences, I enjoy simple pleasures. Whether it's unwinding with a G&T, hanging out (or playing taxi driver) with my pretty awesome family, or hosting dinners with friends.
